AdmissionG operates as an education discovery platform, a school comparison platform, an AI-powered educational decision platform, a marketplace for schools, coaching institutes, and hobby classes, a lead generation platform, and a B2B institution management platform.

2. Core Disclaimers

Please carefully note our role and limitations:

  • Not an Institution: AdmissionG is NOT a school, coaching center, or educational institution.
  • Not an Authority: AdmissionG is NOT an admissions authority and cannot make admission decisions.
  • No Admission Guarantees: We DO NOT guarantee admissions to any school, college, or institute, regardless of your use of our platform or services.
  • No Outcome Guarantees: We DO NOT guarantee any specific educational outcomes or career placements.
  • Rankings and Scores: We DO NOT guarantee the absolute accuracy of rankings or our Right Choice Score™. These are informational tools based on available data and proprietary algorithms.
  • No Professional Advice: We DO NOT provide legal, financial, or certified educational advising. All insights and AI recommendations are for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features like saving schools, generating Right Choice Scores™, or applying, you must create a User Account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Institution Accounts

Educational institutions may claim or create an "Institution Account" to manage their self-listing, access analytics dashboards, and utilize lead generation tools. Institutions must provide verified authorization to claim a listing. Institutions are solely responsible for the accuracy of their self-listed data, fees, and facilities.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using AdmissionG, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, data-mine, or automatically extract school data, rankings, or reviews.
  • Submit false reviews, fake applications, or fraudulent institution listings.
  • Attempt to manipulate the Right Choice Score™ or any recommendation algorithm.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malware.
  • Harass other users or institutions.

6. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

AdmissionG utilizes artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, summarize educational insights, and calculate the Right Choice Score™. This AI-generated content is provided "as is". You acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information, and you should verify critical data directly with the respective institutions before making enrollment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and branding (including the "Right Choice Score™" trademark) on AdmissionG are the exclusive property of AdmissionG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Institution logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, AdmissionG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or educational setbacks arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdmissionG, its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, institutions, or our business interests.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
